Helpful Info to Know Ahead of Time
Here are a few helpful things to know as you consider coaching or counseling with Lyndsey:

SCHEDULING - Current office hours for scheduling sessions are Mondays - Friday 9am-5pm.

INSURANCE - Because Lyndsey is a Specialized Biblical Counselor and Coach (not a mental health clinician), Resilience is not able to take or process insurance. Services are offered on a self-pay basis.

CONSULTATION, INITIAL SESSION & PATHWAYS - All clients first have an optional FREE 20-Minute Phone Consultation followed by an Initial 1.5-Hour Intake Session (rate is currently $195 and is reduced). After the Initial Session, clients have the option of choosing from one of the three Transformation Pathways.
